Their statement and Cav's tweet doesn't make it look too hopeful though...

Talk about taking it to the wire. Have made my changes. Even if sky green light cav I don't trust my being up early enough to make changes if they take him out.

Appolonio looks the business; in that stage of the Giro last year where he got second behind Cavendish he was going faster, just needed 5 metres more road... interesting to see how they do on the same team.
