If you are looking for a pure XC race thoroughbred: This is the bike for you. Lightweight, responsive and a pure delight to ride. It floats up hill.

It’s a 19” frame, I’m 5ft 10” and it suits me perfectly. Its intended for short travel (80-100mm) forks. Tyre clearance is tight, you cant really go much beyond a 2.1. Its disk only so there are no ugly V brake bosses.

I’m including a USE Alien titanium seatpost and a Cane Creak headset.

There are some superficial blemishes and a small dent near the bottom bracket.

According to the rule number 13 (http://www.velominati.com/blog/the-rules/) I have s bikes and therefore I need to sell it.

I’m looking for £700 and I’m located in Sheffield if you want to come and have a look.

    No worries Fred, and thanks
No worries Fred, and thanks for the support Dave.

The reason I put it here, apart from the fact that Road.cc provides my lunchtime entertainment, was that roadies tend to have impeccable taste and an eye for quality, so I thought it may be of interest to them.

The truth is: Most roadies that dabble in mountain biking excel at the type of riding this bike is intended for, rather than the more technical/hard core stuff like downhill etc.
