Quite a niche bit of clothing this. The Rapha Pro Team Cross Jersey is a lightweight performance cycling jersey designed for elite-level cross racing and high-tempo training. Blimey, quite specific then. We'll get to that later, but let's run through what it has to offer first.
Quite a nice bit of clothing this. The Pro Team Cross jersey is made from a lightweight high-stretch high-wicking fabric milled exclusively for Rapha in Italy.
Rapha Mens Grand Tour Gloves
Because these cycle mitts are from Rapha they're much much more than just cycle mitts, obviously. They're Grand Tour Gloves for a start. Made from African Hair Sheep leather, which is the finest available apparently, the leather isn't just put together in a hand shape, it's cut by skilled craftsmen and worked by hand for its characteristic texture and suppleness. That padding on the palm is 2mm pads from army sniper gloves, well, what else did you expect, none of that common gel or dull foam here.

Before I start talking about the Rapha City Rain jacket here's a large space for all you Rapha haters to fill without having to make the effort of scrolling down to the bottom to the comments section and saving you the bother of even reading the review (actually they will have scroll down to the bottom - ed - so might as well read the review on the way… except on Facebook where they can jump straight in… i'll stop now).
