HRM

Have decided to sign up to the latest strava challenge. My understanding is that time spent on the rollers can count towards the mileage. I use a polar cs500 to record my data. Anyone know how to convert the data produced into a format that can be uploaded to the strava site?

I bought the Bryton 20 with HRM this week and I still am not able to manage to link the two. I think I have made the HRM discoverable but alas nothing is happening. Any ideas or advice would be gratefully received.

I am considering the Bryton 20 with HRM but I'd welcome the thoughts of others out there about this please? Not looking to spend loads. Up to £120 ish. Thanks.
