Wahoo Kickr Climb

Anyone have one?

Looking to upgrade the Bkool Pro that the wife and I currently use and we're giving the Wahoo stuff a close looks as it looks like it may just be a bit more fun 1

You can get around the incline setting and difficulty setting.  I use 50% difficulty but get full incline.  You use the Wahoo fitness app to alter the wheelbase length and this corrects the incline.  just Google it to see how it's done

Just had my first go on mine today as well!  I had bought the kickr17 earlier in the year and then they announced the new silent kickr and core so i sent it back and opted for the core, which then made the purchase of the climb a really easy and cheap choice to make.  Personally I can’t tell the difference between the kickr and core but I’m no expert and didn’t use the kickr enough.

Love the climb!  Make sure you set the difficulty to max if you’re using zwift.  Really does feel way more realistic when it ramps up.  Before when the resistance changed on a hill on zwift (without the kickr climb), it just felt like a boring spin class to me.  Actually looking forward to getting into it this winter.

Finally decided to pull the trigger on the new Kickr and Climb (Just as wiggle gave us an extra 5% off. Result!).

Arrived yesterday, first session on it today.

Brought a smile to the face as it moved through the inclines. It's not going to turn me into a mountain goat any time soon and I'm still coughing up my lungs. But I'm dong it with something that resembles a smile (kind of at least) on my face. SWMBO had fun with it as well 1

Got a 2017 Kickr in Jan 18 & have not looked back.

Definitely helped me ride more winter training - albeit indoors - than I would have & its brillant if you only have 30 mins to spare.

Am currently telling myself I need the Wahoo headwind as an essential piece of kit!

I had a long conversation with myself about that one. Decided that the 3 fans I'm currently using are plenty.....

Probably.....

Kickr is an excellent trainer & now the new one is silent looks even better. Shane Miller has jusr reviewed the Core which he likes with just a couple of minor sticking points depending on what your priorities are.

I really like the look of the Climb although I think you'd have to put it at the premium end of the market. One of those things you don't think you need but you want & when you get it wondered how you did without it.

My Climb is on its way along with my 18 Kickr.   I have the 2015 Kickr currently and is strong peice of kit. I have done many thousands of miles on it. You will not regret buying Wahoo products
