At the finish, Bonifacio was shouldered by at least 2 other riders, and in my opinion could have been at least on the podium if it he had a clear run. However maybe it was him being the aggressor (he has a reputation for rough riding) and the commissars relegated him for it, but I have seen nothing in print to say so.
PCS now in line with the official results. Bonifazio was 21st, nil point.
Well the official results are clearly wrong - if you watch the stage finish, you can see Bonifazio finish in 7th - unless he has been demoted for some reason?
Bonifazio doesn't appear on the official results. He's listed as 21st. Venturini is 7th.
