Cycling Weekly Malvern Mad-Hatter Sportive
The Cycling Weekly Malvern Sportive is a late summer treat for your sportive calendar.
The route takes you through the 3 counties of Worcestershire, Herefordshire, and Gloucestershire with the Malvern Ridgeway never out of sight. You will tackle the Iconic Malvern Hill which is a long but gradual climb. Your effort will be rewarded with perfect views of the Brecon Beacons and the Black Mountains of Wales. A simply sensational view!
After a great descent the route weaves its way between the Malvern and Cotswolds hills. Don’t worry the route from here is not all hills though – a large part of the route is undulating at best. This area is a fine example of vibrant, patchwork countryside with quiet roads and lanes providing excellent riding conditions.
With 3 routes to choose from (Epic 104 miles, Standard 74 miles and Short 46 miles) you can choose how galactic a challenge you have. The riders will receive a well-deserved medal! Post event refreshments and massages will also be waiting.
Highlights – The climb up to the top of the Malverns, the view to the Brecon Beacons and the Black mountains of Wales from the top!
Finish 4 or more of events from the Cycling Weekly Sportive Series and receive a personalised trophy from Cycling Weekly to recognise your achievement.
