Video: Ever tried spinning round then riding a bike? Here's why you shouldn't ...

MTB riders get themselves dizzy then hop on their bikes ... with predictable consequences

Here’s a video that brightened up our Monday morning – though it’s maybe not something we’d recommend you try at home or anywhere else for that matter.

If you’ve ever spun round and round on the spot, you’ll know how dizzy and disoriented it makes you feel, and how it makes your legs turn to jelly.

Now imagine doing that, then hopping on a bike. The consequences, as the saying goes, are predictable.

Best idea ever! hahaha

Sounds like Peter Sagan's latest trick in lieu of actually winning anything.

...because riding bikes is about having fun not just strava segments!
