Peter Sagan’s green Specialized Venge for final Tour de France stage
Peter Sagan was gifted a specially customised green Specialized Venge for the final stage of the 2016 Tour de France, as he celebrates his 5th winning of the green jersey.
The Slovak star is no stranger to custom bikes, but for this Tour he eschewed his usual customised bike in favour of a plain black Venge, apparently because the simple paint job saved about 100g.

That all changed for the final stage, as he reverted to a customised bike. Along with the fetching green paint job (no word on whether Specialized will make it available to buy as an option) is a matching Prologo saddle, Look Keo pedals and bar tape.

Otherwise, it's the same bike he normally ride, down to the same Roval CLX64 wheels with world champ stripes, Dura-Ace Di2 groupset and the distinctive Specialized aero bar and stem.

He's a seasoned cyclist of all disciplines, from road to mountain biking, touring to cyclo-cross, he only wishes he had time to ride them all. He's mildly competitive, though he'll never admit it, and is a frequent road racer but is too lazy to do really well. That is one hell of an ugly bike and if you can't get green handlebar tape that matches the frame colour use black instead.
quite a promising looking rider that peter sagan, definitely one to watch.
