Fresh off the back of an incredible first Bike Live, at which Canyon showed off its stunning wares, the German bike company is here on road.cc to offer those very same wares at bargain prices.
Three fantastic offers on Canyon's incredible cyclocross Inflite range feature in today's DealCatcher, each one at a different price point with something different to offer to riders of varying abilities.
The Inflite AL SLX 9.0 is the brand's top tear model, and has seen a hefty £450 sliced off its asking price. The Inflite 9.0 which carries Shimano's Ultegra groupset has had £200 lopped off its RRP, and the 105-sporting Inflite 8.0 has had a £100 discount.
Canyon isn't only offering bikes in today's DealCatcher either. Amongst the brand's range of bikes, you can get your hands on some top class kit.
Bell's Volt RLX helmet, Continental's Mountain King CX tyres, and POC's Avip LS jersey also featuer.
When Canyon introduced its cyclocross Inflite range back in 2013 we really liked what we saw.
Things started with the Inflite 8.0 which is the model we reviewed, and the model you can get your hands on below, but things have evolved since then.
This, the Inflite SLX AL 9.0 Pro Race is the current incumbent of the range's top spot, and it earns it via a combination of stunning versatility, excellent specification, and good looks.
At a sub-£2250 price point, it's not often you get your hands on SRAM's FORCE CX1 groupset, Reynolds Assault Carbon SLG wheels, and Canyon's top of the line quality.
But here it is. We loved the look of it when we covered the 2016 range's launch, and we love the look of it now.
Switching groupset manufacturers, adding a little weight, and offering a less racy pair of wheels, is the Inflite AL 9.0.
This baby isn't targeted at racers in the same way the SLX is above, and for the vast majority of us, that's a good thing; most importantly on the price front.
For almost £1000 less you're still getting the soul of Canyon's Inflite CX range, and as we know from the review you'll read below, Canyon's CX range is excellent.
The AL 9.0 carries Shimano's Ultegra groupset and DT Swiss R 23 Spline DB wheels.
The Inflite AL 8.0 meanwhile sports the DT Swiss R 24 Spline DB Wheels, and Shimano's excellent 105 groupset.
We reviewed the very first version of the 8.0 back in 2013, and our tech editor David Arthur thought it was fantastic.
Check it out below:
Comfortable and classy, that was our analysis when the Bell Volt came our way on review.
Featuring an easy-to-use, and wide ranging adjustment system the Volt VLX will safely fit the weirdest of head shapes amongst you.
What's more, the style is incredibly similar to the pro Bell Gage helmet, and it won't make any unnecessary wind noise. Which is great.
If you're cyclocross racing in the UK, as opposed to slightly drier parts of the world, you're going to come up against mud; a lot of it.
That's not a problem, well, that's less of a problem, if you're sporting a pair of Conti's Mountain King CX Tyres, which are specifically designed with loads of mud in mind.
The deep profile, large knobs, and 700x32C dimensions help.
If you're after a good looking, sporty, comfortable jersey to see you through the spring safely, look no further than POC's Avip jersey on offer here.
The high-stretch fabric will cling to you in all the right places while keeping you nice and aerodynamic.
The colour blocking and hi-viz detail will keep you seen in bad weather as well as dark mornings and evenings.
My 6KU, replaced everything but the front chainring over the past 5 years.
This was a very good listing of bikes for under 1,000....
Radar tells me their closing speed, if they are slowing and how far away. Then I decide to say a prayer. The change of light pattern is incidental.
Quite so, which is why our village 20mph zone covers the whole residential extent. Of course, enforcement is another thing..
£4.
No, that's very doubtful while proper testing would be fully destructive.
What's wrong with dropping down on to the Millenium Bridge, or the swing bridge, then the brief, but satisfying climb back up the hill? #training....
The relatives might of course disagree, but in general I'd countenance a relatively light sentence* if only we could fix it so that those who...
Id forgotten that I got a second hand set of project two's for my getting to work bike over twenty years back.
My bet is that all these tires popping off are from people with bad pressure gauges or they're simply just putting too much air in on purpose. ...
