road.cc – How was it for you, how is it for you, and how would you like it to be? Tell us and you could win £250 of vouchers or one of 5 Cyclists Stay Awesome t-shirts

Whether it’s your first, hundredth or possibly even thousandth visit to road.cc we’d like you to tell us what you think of the site by taking part in our 2016 user survey

The basic survey shouldn’t take longer than five minutes and it’s your chance to rate what we do, and how we do it. If you've got five minutes more to spare there's an optional extra bit where you can tell us what you think of a whole pile of leading cycling brands.

Do you want to see more news/review/buyers guides or features… or less. Or is the amount and balance of content on the site about right? We’d also like to know a bit more about you, the types of bike you ride and the type of riding you do.

So why do we want to know all this stuff? Well, we’re always looking to make your experience of road.cc better and as an independent publisher that means making sure that we put as much effort in to producing the types of stories and features that you most want to read. it’s also about making sure the way the site works meets your needs too. Now’s your chance to tell us if it does, and what you’d like us to do next.

As a thank you for taking part in the survey you will be entered in to a prize draw - top prize is £250 of vouchers of the winner’s choice, that’s any voucher, cycling related or not cycling related + five runner’s up prizes of Cyclist Stay Awesome t-shirts + bonus bell (we’ve got loads of those).

Click here to take part in our 2016 User Survey

Thanks for taking the time to tell us what you think and good luck in the prize draw!

@124g Sorry to hear that it didn't work - what browser were you using to fill the survey in on?

@meulnes - that sounds like a pain, have tried replicating the problem using Safari to fill in the survey but of course it worked for me

If you accidentally add a bike type that you own, then it doesn't allow you to remove it. If you own a recumbent there is no obvious category for it.

Completed the survey and then it failed to complete at the end after I'd put my email address in, I also wished to put other stuff on as previous posters have alluded to, it the last time I will waste my time doing so.

Crap it! Got all the way to the bike brand page then it said Safari can't find that page and when I scrolled back it'd lot everything I'd put in.

Works for me but, which city you live in? I mean, I guess you can't include them all but ONE representative of the missing nation would be nice 3

Thanks for letting us know.

Should be working now - ignore that bit before the start that appears to have been written by those meerkats off the telly. We've got our top brains working on getting rid of it, the slightly tricky part being that you can't see it when you go in to the back end. (Sigh)

Road.cc has become a terrible site to load and navigate - really really slow. It used to be really good, but I think recently they made a change and it is now a NIGHTMARE. I find myself using other cycling websites as I have become so frustrated with it. I emailed them at HQ but NO RESPONSE. Awful. Maybe they have banned me. Who knows.  A lesson in how to spoil a good website and lose 'customers' as I guess it is funded primarily from advertising so if they lose hits or contributors their advertisers won't be best pleased.

There is also now too much pointless advertising, not enough relevant cycling articles or news. Poor.

Now, I bet this comment won't load!

Yepp, same for me.  Bad survey, IMO.  A few times I wanted to pick several things but was forced to select one as the favourite, which seems silly.  I gave up because a) I had to undo what someone else had done and b) felt I was giving the wrong impression on what I like/dislike.
