The Giro is personally my favourite but the Vuelta is always fun. With the likes of Betancur losing a couple of minutes, Intxausti losing five minutes and a few other strong riders like De Gendt and Westra losing time its set up nicely for some attacking riding.
What I'm not sure of is at what point the guys possibly targeting the KoM will go on the attack. With only the 3rd cat available to the break today the jersey will go to the stage winner. The same goes for the next few days too, not many intermediate climbs on offer.

It just has to be a good day...Yesterday there were some guys with big ambitions who lost more time than they would like and so with the finish line bonuses, I cannot see a break staying away....
I cannot see Astana wanting the jersey though so if a powerful group goes it will be interesting to see who chases...
Just a great looking tour already...And to be honest the Vuelta is my favourite GT race...
