I had some green arrows yesterday but I reckon I'll fall way behind today. If I'm within 150 points of the leader I'll be lucky but that's a long way behind after just 4 stages.
3,8,14 plus bits and bobs for me, so not great, but really chuffed for Battaglin. (Shame Wiggo lost a few secs - but if that's his bad luck out of the way, at least he didn't lose much).
Jeannesson and Pellizotti up there for my purists which was a nice bonus.
Now to decide whether the sprinters can get up this hill near the end tomorrow...
Annoying is not the word...getting the odd rider wrong is understandable....but he cannot tell the difference between green and flourescant yellow....the commentary and the Italian camera work is a tad disappointing....
Mountain class.
1 Visconti
2 Wauters
3 Chalapud
4 Pirazzi
5 Boaro
Points class.
1 Paolini
2 Evans
3 Cavendish
4 Battaglin
5 Hesjedal
Gavazzi 205th Lanterne Rouge if we've lost a rider
Darn - I thought the flu-ridden Wurf would be "wurf" keeping in for that reason...
Gone through the list. Can't find Cataldo unfortunately
Poor Cataldo - 2 days ago he thought he was going to be in pink...
Cataldo last man home (#206) at 28:20 down.
3,8,13,15 plus mountain points ...judging on what ppl are writing here I've not done too badly
At work and saw wiggo lost time anyone know what happened to him ?
I think a small gap developed in the sprint, which was judged sufficient to be considered a different group. If that's right, a bit of bad judgement.
I also took out Felline but thankfully I left the other two in. As for the overall, just need to get some more picks right....looks like that's tough to do but it does open up an opportunity
Youth
1 Aru
2 Majka
3 Betancur
4 Kelderman
5 Rosa
Despite having the winner, I still didn't break 50
out of the top 10 - my time in the limelight is over
Battaglin in both standard and purist teams. yay
At least my transfers kind of paid off, brought in Uran, Santambrogio, Paolini and Weening last night (for Bouhanni, Haas, Zandio and Vicioso who would have scored me zilch) and already had Visconti
Think I will keep it the same for tomorrow
Just looking at transfers for stage 6. I have not made any for today so should have 4 for tomorrow. The transfer window is open but is showing that I only have 2 transfers. Just to clarify I am a premium player so I should have 2 rolled over for tomorrow. Can someone kick the coggs please.
OK forget the above. Just gone back into it and now it says 4. Perhaps the window had just changed and the coggs were still turning.
