Early morning ride fuel

So I was thinking about quick easily digestible food for a pre work ride, I don't fancy getting up at 0200hrs to eat for a 0500hrs ride. Anyone have any quick fixes?

Old school ('hairnet' helmet optional) - can of Ambrosia rice pud. Open can, use spoon, shovel it in your gob. Ride.

How long will you be out for, do you want it to be 'fasted' or is it a proper workout, do you intend it to double-up as brekkie or will you have a meal when you get back?

Smoothie. 

Powdered oats

Whey Protein

Peanut Butter

Faxseed

Frozen fruits

Fill jug, blend, then drink. Contains complex and simple carbs, protein and some good stuff.
