Epic Route: 35miles
Standard Route: 25miles
Short Route: 15miles
The South Downs in Mid-Sussex pretty much has it all. Whether it’s pretty and unspoilt views you’re after, fast and long-ranging trails or challenging climbs, there’s something for everyone in the Wiggle Devils Rampage MTB ride. As the name suggests, it’s not an easy ride by any means but it’s wholly enjoyable all the same. If you’re up to the challenge of some steep off-road sections, you’ll be given just reward with a series of exciting and action-packed downhill drops.
The Sussex Downs hilltops are vast and sprawling, also varying dramatically in gradient and you’ll find sudden drops just as common as cruel climbs. As you head south towards the outskirts of Brighton, you’ll swap open fields for the Sussex Border Path, soon heading back north towards Saddlescombe – crossing over through Clayton and soon return to the hills of the South Downs.

I think they did, from memory back in the 70s/80s... haven't seen one for years though, our current milkman uses a standard van, albeit hybrid.
I believe that straight forks that are used on carbon frames are more dangerous than the old steel forks because they are more rigid, the old steel...
Yes, sleep apnea produces more CO... I'm not aware of any doping effect but what do I know....
That's true enough. But doesn't address my point that the chainset you get as a replacement will not physically fit chainrings from the chain set...
In all fairness, it almost certainly NEVER happened…
