Water Off a Duck's Back
I'd just like to echo what a few other members have said. I've had a 100 per cent unsatisfactory experience with Water Off a Duck's Back. I ordered online; they immediately took payment, but three weeks later and there's no sign of the cape I ordered (for my daughter's birthday). Repeated emails and phone messages have produced a big fat silence on the other end. What on earth is happening with this firm, and why are they still trading? Luckily I paid with a credit card, so I'm asking them to get the money back. Anyone else had a similar experience? (Daughter's chosen another cape, and is well pleased with it.)

I understand what you're saying but there are always two sides to every story.

Having googled the company on your recommendation they look like a small UK small business making tailored garments for folks that ride bikes with baskets.
It would also appear the in the last couple of months they've been featured in magazine like Esquire, Country Living and The Financial Times. Putting two and two together and coming up with I reckon they're just a bit busy love.
It looks like a case of badly managed customer service and and an overly impatient customer. It's also worth getting a Twitter account for getting in touch with companies, almost magically complaints get answered #crosscountrytrains for instance!

Nope. Three weeks after placing an order and still no news. Company deserves the bad press not the customer.
