Transfers not working
Has anyone else had the problem of their transfers not working. I made a few the other night on the tour of Britain only to be greeted by my previous team less the 6 transfers I made and found myself with 8......It had changed the night before.
I have tried to change my team a minute ago and when I confirmed the transfers it just brings me back to my original team.
Its frustrating

Been available for quite a while, full GRX mechanical 12 speed. Probably around the same time as 105 mechanical 12 speed if I were to guess.

Less harmful citrus degreaser is easy to find at £8 or less for 5 litres. Works ok for me, even diluted up to 4:1. Both paraffin and white spirit...

Nope, it's to keep your straps down and quieter. Plus most sunglasses are polycarbonate and aren't going to shatter like glass anyway

The Chaplin, drop me a message, change your password to something generic and give me the log in and password in a message, I'll log in and see what I can see.
Because without going into each individual account that is having problems. Its very hard to find why only one or two are having trouble.
It was sorted today 2 hrs befor the TT so I got a team in for today/ I still lost out though on the team time trial and other stages over the last few weeks.....I thought I was on my own for a while but at least there are some others so I know its not just me. A bit annoyed.

- Well the TT closed 11:15am this morning, but the Roster is showing TT guys and not the Road Race guys...Don't get me wrong, but I've been playing since last year too and quite aware of the layout etc.

- Been there, done that and wore the T-Shirt. I'm an IT guy as well so I know its not at my end. Tried works Pc, my PC, my tablet etc....Chrome, Explorer, Firefox and even Safari.
Also, might be worth logging out and in again.

Yes, the window closed at 11:15 but the roster does not automatically update to that of the next stage. The game is built with stage races in mind where there are consistent rosters between stages. Given that this is an exception it basically means that until I've updated the scores the rosters will stay as they are. I will then run a provisional update for the road race.
Fair enough, definitely sounds like you've tried everything. The best bet is to contact Dave Atkinson through the 'contact' bit on his profile and drop him an email, he runs the back end of the game and is best placed to assist on that end.

I'm in the same boat and have not even been able to change since TofB.
TT Championships now - can't change, but the roster looks like it is the TT............hmmmmm, however my top bar shows Road RACe....
Sounds like a browser issue if its letting you get right to the end of the process then failing. My go to response would be to try it in a different browser first, Google Chrome or Firefox are both free and easy to download.
I've also had no problems so it does sound like a problem at your end unfortunately. Try a different browser, try logging out of the game and back in again, try enabling cookies (assuming you disabled them) and possibly try making your transfers on a different machine (do you have a smartphone you could use)?
Out of interest, select a team for the ITT and post it here, I'll then try and submit it and make sure its not a problem with your team selection.
every issue with transfers not working i've managed to get to the bottom of has been the user not confirming the transfers.
it's impossible for your team to revert: there's no mechanism in the game that would do that. it is, however, possible for you to not finish the transfer process
as for the worlds, seems to be working fine for me. you are selecting the worlds from the drop down menu?
Yes. Every time I go into pick the team it lets me pick. It then goes to the transfer page to confirm where it gives you the list. I confirm it.
It then brings me back to my team page with a bar in amber over the top stating; Sorry, there was a problem completing your transfers. Please go back to the transfers page and make your selections again. This has been ongoing.
As for the team reverting I know I made the transfers, so whether they didnt register or this happened and I presumed they had gone through it did happen
Anyway off to go for a spin so Ill miss the deadline.
I had two from opq,oge,grm,bmc and one from sky
My purist team swapped the 1 from sky with one from rsn
And still not working for the worlds. It won't let me pick a team....but noone else seems to be having the problem.
Im unsure whats going, as I have personally had no problem, and it seems at least not many others have, as noone else has posted the problem. I also can't really suggest anything as im no good with complicated IT problems, other than if noone else has the problem, could it be to do with browser software, java, flash or something etc on your device?
The only other thing is it could be an account specific problem? As i never have to log in as it stays logged, so could be a log in problem relating to the game?

Its still not sorted though so Im giving up on being able to submit a team for the worlds, Ill post up what I would have put in once the deadline goes by, just in case
Just to clarify, the first time I had the transfers made and it just seemed to revert.
