With the continued support of local Chartered Accountancy firm, MHA MacIntyre Hudson Accountants, our 17th annual ‘Cycle for Life for Farleigh Hospice’ will take place on Sunday 8th September 2013.
There are two scenic routes to choose from; a longer 50km route which visits all 8 of the beautiful Essex Rodings, and a shorter 20km route (ideal for the beginner or younger cyclist) which passes through the lovely villages of Pleshey, Great Waltham and Mashbury.
This year, for the very first time, we're offering a new, longer distance for cyclists who fancy taking on a bit more of a challenge. This third route will be approx. 70km and is made up of a combination of the 20km and 50km routes.
All routes depart from the Hospice in North Court Rd, Chelmsford. Registration for the longer routes will begin at 8.30am and for the shorter 20km route at 9.30am. Please note participants will not be able to start the longer routes before 8.30am and the shorter route before 9.30am. Registration for all routes closes at 11.00 am.
The money raised by this event will be transformed into high quality, specialist care which makes a real difference to local families affected by life limiting illnesses, when and where they need it most!

One way to find out is to put a member of the driver's family on the bike and ask them to repeat the manoeuvre.
This was in my local park and dogs are allowed off-lead. Cyclists are required to ride slowly and give due care and attention as it happens.
