Generation Ucan

Any one tried or had any experience with this super starch based, fat burning wonder stuff that is supposed to suppress insulin spikes & so promote fat as a fuel? Have done the fat fuel conversion & using beet root juice. Love the extra energy but am keen to keep the carbs level on rides over 100k & lose the tubbiness.
