At his discipline then yes.

At the TdF it will take a long time before anyone matches Cav and thats not just British but world riders as well.

For what its worth though Froome will be the best ever by the time he retires, the lad is pure class

Definitely a top two of Wiggins and Cavendish.

However, others like:

Froome
The whole track team (Hoy, Pendleton, Trott etc.)
And then the domestic riders are pretty sick like YantoB and Graham Briggs.
