Froome is 27, Wiggins is 32, Froome knows that if he stays put he'll get his chance before long and with the backing of the best team in cycling right now.

Well, by the looks of the amount of work Froome did in the mountains and still came second, I think it could be a realistic prospect for Sky to challenge for both GC and Points next year. Of course that means Peter Sagan losing his passport.

(When Peter Sagan pedals, his bike doesn't go forwards, the world goes backwards)

He's going nowhere for the next two years. Sky's objective was to get wiggo the yellow in this years tour. Cav also had to take a back seat from defending green. Either Froome or Cav will have a different role to play in subsequent tours. As Gkam said - he's tied in to the next two years.

He's going no-where for 2 years at least and the same with Cav.

Cycling is not like football where you can just buy out a riders contract. The UCI detests that and there was a big thing made of it when Sky bought out Wiggo

Nearly though.
Were do you think Froome will go next year? He needs a new team to go head to head with Wiggins.

I cannot raise my hand very high, but if I could, then yes, there is a chance he could catch him, depending on how Nibali goes.

Wiggo could catch Froome though
