Menu > Bike settings > Bike Profiles > your bike > Bike Details

Set your wheel size there

then Menu > Bike settings > Bike profiles > your bike > ANT+

to pair the sensor

You need to lay your bike on its side when you first turn the unit on each time. This gives the satellites a clear view of your wheels, allowing the unit to calibrate itself for whatever bike you are riding that day. Once the unit has gained a full signal you can pick up the bike and just ride.

It uses GPS, it doesn't need such information as wheel circumference measurements. 1

You don't need to set anything, just turn it on and go.
