which frameset

hi all ,newbie to road cycling,looking for some advice on which frame to go for to build up from my now bent hybrid cube sl cross,want to put in about 20 miles a day for keeping bike fit, mostly road some smooth canal path ,have mtb for weekend and like the flat bar feel ,goin to build from shimano deore parts and 700 deore wheels,frames iam looking at
RIBBLE 7005 SPORTIVE WITH CARBON FORK
RAGLEY CRAGG WINTER VALE WITH CARBON FORK
KINESIS T2 WITH MY ALLOY FORKS IF THEY WILL FIT ?
any suggestions on which is better for training on or any other frames to look at ,thanks

you're going to build the new bike up with flat bars too? bear in mind that road frames tend to come up quite short if you spec them with flat bars. Something like a kinesis decade tripster is worth looking at too (disc only though)

at the moment i have essentially a cube hybrid with a bent frame so i was hoping to swap all components over to a road frame with flat bar and brake set up which will keep cost down ,not sure how viable it is but ive been told should be ok ,wheels are 700 ,deralliuer rear should fit as well as the bb,prob a new seat post and f deralliuer depending on frame tube width ,kinesis bit outside my budget ,i can get ribble for £200,ragley £160 and a scott speedster s30 for £200,just not sure what to go for.
