road.cc newsWitness appeal after Surrey cyclist pushed off bike by car passenger
Surrey Police have launched a witness appeal after a cyclist was pushed off his bike by a car passenger in Redhill last week.
The cyclist, a 49-year-old male, suffered a fractured shoulder in the incident at around 7.30pm on Wednesday 28 September.
He was also left with cuts and bruises on his arm, leg and hip after the passenger leant out of the vehicle, believed to be a Mini, and pushed the bike’s handlebars.
The car was said to have been driven off in the direction of the police station after the incident.
Detective Constable Errol Chetty commented: “We are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed this incident or who may be able to identify the occupants of the car.
“Equally, I would urge the driver or passengers to get in touch themselves and give their side of the story.”

You're right--that was the other one. The relevance is that people keep complaining about how damaging the platform is, yet they carry on using it.

I bet everyone loved the guy who caused this, I cycled through the tail back, I was the fastest thing on the road. It really does amaze me, Guildford town centre like every other town centre has loads of cctv, and they can't trace the car, hmmmm.
Come on. You have to presume innocence first. Harold Shipman and Fred West were also asked to give 'their side of the story' so it's only fair. : )

Arrrgh! If this had just happened on the street it would be common assault or even abh, but as it was a cyclist, well maybe he did something to deserve it! side of the story my arse
