Stage 19 La Vuelta
So a shorter one today, after calling a truce yesterday, Cobo and Froome will be hard at it today again with another sprint just 20km in, Froome will be looking to get it if there is no break, To me, Sky have the power to keep a break from getting away, so why not use it to get a time bonus, either that or send one of the not so great sky riders into the back of Cobo's wheel, send him tumbling and then drill it so he's no chance to get back on

If Froome cant improve today, then with the two cat 1's tomorrow he's going to have to thump it up them and hope someone burst's Cobo's tyre
So who's your main man today? I've got 2 in my team, but 1 most likely wont be allowed to get into a break, not that a break will hold onto the end

Same. I also have gone through a bunch of their tyres, and only the extralight disappointed (torn sidewall) but the standards are fantastic....

Depends on the changes you made today, If you still have Dan Martin, we're going to be about the same, i'm 103 behind before this stage, so only 85 for me, even if you score less, your still going to be a good whack ahead, just going to have to listen to myself next time

yup your defo catching me, although unless ive screwed up massively with my transfers it will be tough for you to do so in the last two stages
and i doubt you will catch me in the overall, but we shall see

Ok, so tonights advice, with it being Cat 1's, get Intxausti and LL Sanchez in, with it being Basque country still, expect another one or two Euski's to be in the break, but i've swayed against them after their work today, i dont know another two who could do the same and reakon both of them today, Anton and Verdugo will be knackered
So with Intxausti being born just down the road from the start, expect him to be in the break and LL is Spanish, Rabobank cant send Mollema up the road but could do with some more coverage, so the best climber after Mollema is Garate, who is a Basque, but is not on great form, so LL is my man

My team will defo be done as i will be in watching the F1, i have an idea of my GC, sprinter, KM and AR's are gonna be if i can afford them and also have a couple of DS guys in mind but last nights race in quebec has thrown me a few curveballs on who finished, who didnt and where. lets just say i would have done pretty well had we selected for the race last night
Snap, i just wish they hadn't gone and done that, 1,2,3 out of my team for 2moro, so it aint going to happen

OK, the tracker has made me look a tit again, they are all in there
only 28 riders behind the leading 3 with 20km to go. Cobo has Menchov and Sastre with him, Froome has Wiggins and Lofkvist, going to be interesting.
