New bike frame

Right folks, as some of you know, i had a run in with a car, lol, i'll get that thread updated with good news next week hopefully

But my insurance are sorting it out, so what i'm looking to do is, get a cheap light frame to keep me going till the end of the year, switch all the components over from the "written off" bike which i've just been told to chuck, so because it was my cheap wheels that were on, thats not so bad, so i can take all the 105 stuff and switch it, just need to get a new rear de-railer

So where should i be looking for a cheap frame, apart from ebay which i look anyways??

Looking for something 52-54 cm because i can adjust things to fit me, bear in mind i dont want anything special because its just a bike to keep me going then most likey just get used for crappy weather rides and get a new 2011 bike cheaper at the end of the year

You gonna do the black route? 19

I did that in June last year after getting the route from a mate, took me 7.5 hours and nearly killed me, lol, some of the club racers did it in under 6 hours 4

You only need a stand and a few tools, then if you look around online, plenty of "how to" vids that will get you started

So you on the mend now?

Complete build. I have everything except the wires.

This is the bits that folk gave me after my cardiac collapse a year ago when I ended up nearly dead, and my old bike got squished. Plus some odd bits I bought. I wasn't all taht serious about you building it tho' Kirkcaldy.
