Just had confirmation from a friendly bus driver... Lorries and their bus derivatives run at 110 - 130 PSI, more than enough!
Might just be acceptable for an MTB but not much cop for a road bike - all you can achieve is an equalisation of pressure, so 30 psi isn't exactly going to see you rolling along
