11 speed conversion?

I have shimano 105 10 speed of my bike with a compact chainset (50/34) and a 11/28 cassette.

I have ordered new wheels which are 11 speed compatible and I am wondering if I can install an 11 speed cassette without too much trouble or if that would require me to upgrade everything else as well? (levers and chainset?)

Thanks

You'd just need to do the right lever (assuming you're in the UK) and cassette. So c. £150 for an extra cog and slightly more faff in setting them up. Front rings and mechs don't particularly care how many cogs are out back.

Just wondering why you say "assuming you're in the UK"?

Because it was late and I'd had a long day and confused myself thinking about Euro brake setup 1

Thanks for the advice.

I never felt like I needed that extra gear anyway, so I'll keep the money 4

Your front right shifter will only have 10 gears in it anyway, so you'll never get into the top or bottom gear anyway (and the shifting will probably be off anyway, 2 up 1 down to shift.) Probably best sticking with 10 speed for now (when was 20 gears not enough?) and just get the top and bottom cog sizes you want, you will probably just loose one gear in the mid range, no real loss for the trouble of changing shifters and gear cables.
