I have a garmin, I plan on downloading the file tonight.

I will be riding (depending on weather) a litespeed archon and will probably be wearing my road.cc jersey.

tomato pasta sauce and grated cheddar would do me fine Dave. Thanks very much!

Yep Fringe, we will make a ride of it. I hope my light doesnt short out this year as I only made it to congresbury last year! Had to ride back through the lanes with a small torch wedged in a vent on my helmet so I could see where I was going...and it was quite wet! All good fun!

obvious place to meet is Channings Hotel, i should be there about 8.30pm. (red Argos and tatty blue Columba cycling jersey) also with friend Mike (shinny Litespeed and dapper Rapha/Assos jersey of some description).

have you a Garmin?.. if so can you do map reading and i'll do homemade energy bar domestique mode. 4

cheers.

not a great basil crop round here this year, more like a garnish-worth than pasta topping for 100 hungry and tired riders 1

fresh pesto made from your own home grown basil, hand picked pine nuts and shavings of parmesan please.. failing that anything except that Dolmio rubbish, even Asda own looks more appealing.
