National Road Race Course at Pendle

Three of us rode over to Pendle today to have a look at the course for the Nationals.

Its a great course with fast flowing descents and some sharp steep uphills which will certainly start to take their toll over the 15 laps. The sting is the 1.3 mile drag up from Barley village. Should be a fantastic race with some narrow sections were it will be very tight at 5 abreast.

Throwing a few names about we thought that Russ Downing would be well suited to it.

Just the one thank you. Don't envy the big hitters having to do 15.
