Nice looking SPD shoes

Things are hotting up on my power commute to work and I think it is time to clip in but I don't know what shoes to get? I used to have spd's on my mountain bike so I am used to being clipped in. My gripe is that Look type cleats are impossible to walk in but road shoes look so much better than chunky mountain bike shoes with tractor tyre grips. What is a nice, understated road shoe that I can walk in and looks cool? And what sort of pedals will I need? I like to be able to use my bike without always having to put special shoes on also. Am I asking too much?!

Shimano MT21 are very comfy and understated. Use em on my road bike as well!

I use Shimano MT32 shoes for my commute, even though they're technically MTB shoes. They're very comfortable for walking in and have even worn them all day when i forgot to leave shoes in the office to change into.
I have Shimano M324 pedals on my commuting bike and MTB. They're double sided, so you can just wear normal shoes if you don;t want to wear cycling shoes all the time.

look out for a review of the aforementioned RT81 shoes reet soon... I use some old MO71 shoes as my commuting shoes, they're technically MTB shoes but very neutral style. not sure you can get 'em still

Shimano do some road shoes with SPD compatible soles. This is the old model. The new model (RT81) looks better. They do two other cheaper models, the RT31 and RT51.
