For Sale: Cotic Road Rat (large) Immaculate Condition £650 ONO

For sale: Cotic Road Rat custom built by Brixton Cycles. The bike is absolutely pristine, built up with black everything pretty much except disc rotors/ calipers. It’s 5 months old and has done at most 60 dry miles. Change of job has meant that this bike is never being ridden but would make a great all weather commuter for someone. Cost a shade under £1100 to build, offers in the region of £650. Spec as follows (happy to email photos on request):

Cotic Road Rat frame and fork (large - fits rider approx 5' 10" - 6' 2")
8 speed Shimano Alfine hub gear with rapid fire shifter
Wheels are Mavic CXP33 rims, 36 spoke, XT front disc hub, Alfine rear
Avid BB7 mechanical disc brakes and rotors with Shimano R600 levers
Specialized Pave carbon seatpost
Cinelli drop bars (44cm width)
Time ATAC pedals (optional)
Cane Creek headset
Shimano BB
Bontrager SS chainset, saddle, stem and tyres

I also have a Cotic Roadrat with a Alfine 8 speed hub.

To fit the "rapid fire" shifter I had to file it out to go on the 24mm diameter drop road bars. Wonder how your build did it?

I am also 6'2" and I have a "medium short" sized roadrat, the large looked far too long to fit me. Maybe you like a "stretched out" fit?

£650 sounds like a bargain to me. My bike built up last month without disc brakes was approx £900
