Shimano cx50 chainset

Since I've had shimano cx50 cranks on my commuter/cross bike they've worked themselves loose twice causing problems too far away from home for comfort!

I've had plenty of other cranks and this has never happened before. I think it's a problem with the internal threads on the non-drive side.

About to order another set of cranks but unsure whether to go down the shimano route again (even though I have perfectly functioning 105 & ultegra cranks on other bikes).

Help/suggestions welcome!! 1

Got 1 x deore & 1 x xt on mtb's as well & no issues there.

Just wondered if anyone had problems with the cx50...

got XT on the mtb and never had an issue ... correct torque is useful too.
