had a coin flip between Cataldo, wellens and Landa, can guess who won Landa . was about 6 riders interested in for last spot all beat landa home, sella, battaglin, etc etc etc lol

When 69pts on a stage is enough for green arrows you know it's an unpredictable Giro...

No changes tomorrow or tuesday and try and pick up a stage win in Forum Scorum's on the flat is the sum total of my ambition now

Played it safe and most of my points came from classifications. Not a great score, but still moved up 5 places to 39th overall, so can't be that bad.

Wanted to bring Duarte in for today but stupidly missed the deadline. Oh well, two transfers saved, I suppose

Not a bad day for Uran. The gaps were small. Only a couple of seconds to Evans. But Quintana is getting better so I might have to make some changes for next week. Tomorrow is a bit different.

Low scoring day! Ulissi for Aru won't make much difference.

Hesjedal and Rolland out there as I expected. They are the favourites now as Timmer is no climber. Does he have enough time?

I had wellens for a few days but took him out for Ferrari yesterday....

Monsalve and Wellens are quite expensive although I could have just afforded Monsalve. I read quite a long time ago he was interested in the MP comp but wanted to make two other changes and didn't want to take any penalties at this stage of the race.

Well, the break doesn't have a massive advantage so it could all come back together for a battle between Wilco and Ulissi.

Ditto. Would like Roche to win with everyone else caught and good points for the GC.

Damn! I knew Monsalve was interested in the MP competition a long time ago.

I ditched Evans, have 5 of the top GC guys plus Rolland and Arredondo and two cheapsters that aren't in the break. I'm just enjoying watching the race now and if I have a good stage its a bonus. Go Wilco!

Too many crashes in this race. Definitely prefer the Tour.

Transferred out Cataldo after the TT when he didn't do as well as I'd hoped but he does prefer a flatter TT. He's not a GC rider after all. Suitsou might do something in one of the mountain finishes. After all he won a stage last year.

Surprised you don't have Roche today. It has mountain breakaway written all over it. Surprised Rolland or Hesjedal didn't try something. Maybe they're leaving it for later.

Just need my man Uran to win it (the whole shebang) and Hesjedal to do a De Gendt.

Just heard Suitsou abandoned after the crash.

I was thinking about Pirazzi but wasn't worth the risk. No Arredondo either.

Phil, have you got Roche? If the break stays away he's surely the favourite. I was thinking about bringing in Monsalve but didn't do it.

I'm all GC as I'm near the top and it's not worth taking risks yet.
