Poignant story of a Giro/TdF winner during the war
Came across this poignant and thought provoking story of Gino Bartali a two time winner of the Giro and once of the TdF who worked for the resistance during WW2.
I love his attidude that "hero's" shouldn't talk about the work they have done.
