Bike bags on Virgin Trains
Hello all,
I want to take my bike up to North Wales on virgin trains, but all the reserved bike spots have been booked up. Plan B is to get a bike bag and take it as luggage. CTC's advice on the matter is vague, saying that train companies can refuse to carry luggage if it's too big or inconvenient, and it's clearly not going to fit on the overhead racks... Does anyone have any experience of taking bike bags on virgin trains?
