Paint bubbling on frame

I brought a Ribble sportive bike in september last year and whilst cleaning it on sunday I noticed the paint coming off in a few locations .On further inspection the under side of the bb is bubbling up and by the rear brake stay the paint has totaly gone and the aluminium is pitted from corrosion.
the bike was purchased on finance and i still have 6 payments to make I have emailed ribble and the finance company .
Has anyone else exsperianced problems like this.

Nothing like that has happened on my Ribble (2010) despite it being very heavily used and almost abused. The paint has been incorrectly applied and you should return the bicycle to the shop for a replacement frame.

Sounds to me like something had gotten on/be left on the paint and has eaten through, I guess you bought it brand new from Ribble themselves?

They should sort it out for you no problems.
