Volta Ciclista a Catalunya - Stage 4
Queen stage today finishing at the summit of the only really serious climb of the day.
Previews all expecting a GC shoot out with J-Rod, Froome, Contador and Quintana contesting the win. Quintana won this stage last year, will he do it again?
DNS news - No Betancur, he's got a fever and won't start today.
Team wise I'm completely unchanged from yesterday despite losing Lemarchand. Just couldn't see any 3 credit riders worth spending a transfer on.
