Videos: Rapha's "The Little Things" series goes behind the scenes at Team Sky

Chef, mechanic and riders share some secrets in first four films in series from team's clothing supplier...

Rapha has launched the first four of a series of films called “The Little Things” that it says have helped Team Sky become one of the world’s leading teams and which feature team staff such as a chef and a mechanic, as well as riders.

The London-based-brand, which has been clothing supplier to Sky since the start of 2013, says:

There is no secret at Team Sky, they simply do all the little things better than anyone else — focusing on the details that matter.

This season we bring you films, photos and words from the people that make up the Team — from the chefs to the mechanics to the riders — discussing all the little things that make Team Sky one of the world’s best.

These are the little things that help Team Sky make big things possible. Show us what your little things are using the hashtag #doingthelittlethings

“Little things,” of course, is another way of saying “marginal gains.”

Although whether having a Rapha-branded smoothie machine in Team Sky colours (as chef chef Søren Kristiansen uses in the first of the videos here) improves the flavour is anyone's guess.
