Bah, I've had the week off (yay!) but have been struck down by the bastard cold of evilness (boo). Dying to get out there, but my lungs would burst.

Rode to a town I'd never been to with my riding buddies and then sat in the sun and had a beer and doing the same thing tomorrow with plans for a German bratwurst Fest at the end 1

Noticing that my legs are now 0.001% less pasty white than they were last week.

Night riding with clear skies this week! BEAUTIFUL!

..OOH and tonight I have to do pyramid top end interval sets that are aimed at predominantly making me puke all over myself.

I am excite! ^_^ (at the fact that the season has finally properly begun!)

I had to collect a package this morning on the way to work. The cross winds and Glasgow's 'innovative' approach to infrastructure meant that I ended up having a very intensive bike handling skills session, including how to save a two wheel slide over a gap in a manhole cover.

It wasn't exactly pleasant, but I had an amazing time and was smiling plenty after it.

This morning I was forced to bail out of a Friday afternoon ride due to work commitments...

...it's now cold, wet and foggy, and I'm feeling quite pleased with my decision!

(a couple of days sunshine and suddenly I'm a fair weather rider 16 )

Good to see a few comments although we could do with a few more. I think sometimes we forget that we cycle simply because it makes us feel good. `

Yep, took my armwarmers and legwarmers off on the ride to work (half day wednesday), basking in the sun, vitamin D coming out of my ears...

Not today though - fog fog fog, bitterly cold on any exposed skin 2

After last Sundays ride, I could feel a slight tingling sensation and a tightness on my brow like I caught a bit of sun.

And I sneaked onto the new road circuit at the Olympic Velodrome and had a blast round it until security made me leave. I came away feeling like a naughty schoolboy.

What has lifted your mood lately?
