Every bike shop on the island sells a decent map with all the main cycling loops marked on it for a few euro.
What he said... the one I got had elevation profiles for the suggested routes and % markings on the inclines. If you're lucky you'll find one that's printed on waterproof paper as well - the little book shop in Calla St Vicente had them.
