Compare GPX/TCX tracks

Does anyone know of an application that is capable of comparing data recorded from my GPS/Heart Rate/Cadence device? I have a few scenarios for which I would like to use such software. One would be comparing my heart rate tracks/trace from the spin classes I attend each week. I would use this to spot trends in my performance.

The sort of app I am looking for would be capable overlaying the tracks, or may be plot them in 3D. X axis = week no, Y axis = BPM, Z axis = time

Anyone seen anything like this?

I don't see anything in sporttracks or trainingpeaks may be I missed something. However GPSbabel looks like just what I am after. I has already tried generating 3D plots in Excel, so if GPSbabel can work with a tcx file I should be able to get some nice plots going. If it all works I post some examples of what I am aiming for.

Thanks guys

Use GPSBabel - it can convert to CSV. Then import into a spreadsheet and chart.

Take a look at Training Peaks. It can certainly import both formats and you get lots of analysis options.
