Interval training app, Android

Can someone recommend a good Android app for interval training please? Specifically, I want to set up the BC 20 minute warm-up with cadence instructions for each time segment, so a good degree of configurability is needed, not simply work/rest time slots.

Many thanks.

Thanks PJ, I'll take a look at Turbo Intervals.

What I want it for is guiding our youth team's warm-up on the rollers before a race.

Aha, just bought it (65p well spent) - Turbo Intervals seems to be pretty much ideal for setting up a custom BC-style workout.

And its workouts are saved as .XML files. Which means it should be pretty easy to share them, too.

Just looking into this app, "Turbo intervals" now -

It looks promising! Let me know if you try it. I'm also looking for the best way to have slightly more detailed instructions than the usual "ON / OFF" that most tabata / HIIT apps seem to offer.

I assume you mean you want on-screen instruction on what cadence to do, rather than ANT input (which IMHO would be overkill). His app seems to allow that.

I use the Tabatha timer apps - pain to set up though as you set it in seconds rather than minutes. must be better ones out there...

Don't know of one but would be equally interested.
