Policing and the CPS

So we all know by now that the CPS are anti-cycling and rarely will they take anything forward (thats my view)

So, in light of that, this article got me 24 24 24 24 YES, I was "ROFL", next time the CPS drop a cycling case, where it is clear that it WAS in the public interest to pursue, can we all write to them and remind them of this

That's right, three men charged with taking food from a bin....which was then returned to iceland, whom I presume, put it back into the bin....

Its been dropped anyway after Iceland had a word....

It seems that something I read somewhere else on this site this week was wrong, people can have a word with the CPS and cases can be dropped as and when they feel like?

I've been speaking to the CPS today about a case = i suggested an offence that the punter had admitted to but the CPS said no and decided on a lesser charge, dont figure when you have an admission.

When it goes to court thats the charge the local papers will report on not what we wanted as per the case you've mentioned.

I know it's nothing to do with "your lot" BUT, they did make the original charges, so it's only far to name them in the title 3
