Tour de San Luis

This just can't get any better! It looks like the Tour de San Luis may trump the TDU for a better field and more exciting racing. Can't wait! 1

The Tour starts on Jan 20 and runs through Jan 26.

Its stages look something like this:

Stage 1 Flat
Stage 2 Cat 1 Summit Finish
Stage 3 Flat
Stage 4 Cat 1 app. 4 or 5 km (maybe lesss) before Finish
Stage 5 19.2K Time Trial
Stage 6 Cat 1 Summit Finish
Stage 7 Flat

I've edited this post to add rider values below 'cause I thought it'd be cool to have a Forum-based Purist competition for the Tour. Please add a team below if you want to participate. Deadline will be at the start of Stage 1. If you make changes to your team please edit your own comment so only your latest team will show up. Happy New Year! 1

Not checked all the scores, but just saw Modolo as I have him, shouldn't he have 16 points? 14 for 8th and 2 points for 8th on GC?

Two 1-2s in a row for me at the TDU, with my 20/1 overall shot Ulissi also looking incredibly good for the GC now. Today's previews for the TDU and TSL

Stage 1 underway....looks like a sprinty one so let's see how Cav fares in the season opener....Haedo and Modolo my sprinters today.

Ghedebrav and Lucas look to have the best teams for todays stage and I'd expect one of them to be the front runner today barring somebody else having 2 or 3 in the break(not envious of enrique's task of scoring that)or 1 if he stays out and wins.
