I am in the market for a Garmin 200 and remember someone posted a link for one and a Jersey for £99 (I think).

Tried searching but can't find the link anywhere.

Does anyone have it by any chance?

how often do you pump yours tires?

I seem to have lost 12 psi out of 100 in two weeks.. so 12%

This is after about 10 rides

I don't think theres anything wrong with the tubes, unless the valve screw cap (presta) isn't sealing well enough

So I received an email inviting me to a preview evening for the Manchester Rapha sample sale, with the chance, allegedly, to pick up a bargain or five without the jumble sale madness that will accompany the full-on event tomorrow (Saturday). I arrived about 30 minutes before it was due to start, which handily put me right at the front of the queue. Talking to the chap on the door established that one of the picks was the Paul Smith performance rain jackets for £50 (close to 75% off I think), so I went straight in that direction once everyone was allowed in. 

Patisserie Cyclisme and Polocini have teamed up to offer a Cakelosportive. Seeing as we have an extra bank holiday for the jubilee celebrations what better way to finish a long weekend than with a ride along some glorious Cheshire roads. We expect the roads to be quiet whilst the plebs stay at home glued to their boxes watching the Royal celebrations!!!

The route is nice and gentle and features a feed station at the Eureka cyclists cafe. As always I'll be bold and state that not only do we have the best food of any sportives but we are also the best value.

JODRELL BANK SUMMER SPORTIVE
This years Jodrell Bank Summer Sportive is on Saturday the 28th July. Last year it was a hugely popular with great weather and a large number of entries.
This year we have tweeked the routes keeping the best bits and improving on the rest. We have three routes 30 miles 60 mile and 100 miles, designed by experienced club cyclist. The route does not have any major climbs, it's mainly flat with a few small rolling hills.

In Manny on Saturday and just wondering is theres any Bike Cafe / Bikeshop / Bar that I'm gonna be able to watch the penultimate stage of the Giro ...

Gonna email the guy at Popup bikes but thats the best I've managed to come up with so far..

A bicycle road in the total length of 500 km may be constructed in Latvia in the frames of a EU bicycle road project, that would link Greece and Finland. In the Latvian section, the road may be constructed near the seaside. Local authorities intend to benefit from the project and are already planning to create services for the cycling tourists.

Votwo Events & Adventure return in 2012 with another series of USN Dorney Lake Evening Triathlons and there’s still a few spaces available. The series kicks off next Weds the 30th May at the Olympic Rowing venue.

Triathletes of all standards can choose to enter the; standard, sprint and super sprint discipline. The events are divided by 3 races with the first starting at 6pm and the last at 7pm to suit your schedule. All participants will be given a USN goody bag and the series winners will receive a prize.
