Titanium
Titanium frame for sale - NOW SOLD
Hi there,
I am selling an Airborne Zeppelin titanium frame. Bought on Ebay about years ago, but only ridden approximately 30 times in good weather.
Very light road race frame made of 3Al/2.5V titanium. When built with Campagnolo Record/Chorus mix and DT Swiss 1450 wheels, the weight was 17.3lbs.
Genuine reason for sale. I love the feel of titanium, but have decided I need a frame which is more of a 'jack of all trades', which the Airborne isn't unfortunately.
Frame measurements as follows;
Seat tube: 54cm (c-t), 46cm (c-c top tube)
Top Tube: 54cm (c-c)
Head Tube 13cm (t-t)
Spin Spitfire Mk III Supermarine
Spin is a UK brand that's been around for just a year producing titanium frames and a whole range of components. The Spitfire Mk III is their full-on road race model and it's anything but standard...
When a new bike brand contacts us, one of the first questions we always ask is, 'Who's making the frames for you?' There really aren't all that many frame-building facilities out there, and most people go to an existing bike manufacturer to get their product made. With Spin it's different.
SOLD: Enigma Echo frame and forks
FS: Enigma Echo size 56cm (effective top tube) in excellent condition.
Double-butted titanium main tubes and all sorts of cleverness with the tube shapes make this a treat on long rides. Just over a year old, the frame has covered less than 1000km. Sold with full carbon fork, Enigma headset, Ritchey seatpost and Woodman collar. Looking for £850.00 (new retail cost would be nudging £1500).
Based in Chichester/Worthing/Brighton area on south coast, but happy to pack up and deliver at cost. Paul: 07884 262 549 (better to text or call, as I don't check the forum every day).
SOLD: XL Omega Enigma titanium road frame 63cm.
Hello everyone,
For Sale:
An Omega Titanium frame - a late model Omega Enigma. Designed by Mark Reilly (now of Enigma bikes) - Decent designer (Sean Yates rides one of his bikes), but less good at running a business and Omega went to the wall about 5 years ago.
I bought the frame NOS last year. It has done less than 2000 miles, more like 1500 miles, mostly in France last summer, and is in near perfect condition (although needs a wash in the photos).
Frame details:
Classic geometry (like the Enigma Esprit).
6AL 4V Titanium seamless custom drawn conical downtube.
Blackburn Swerve Ti bottle cage
Blackburns Swerve bottle cage is a sleek, simple looking item, Blackburn say that "the new Swerve Titanium cage pushes the limits of bomber strength and feather weight". How nice can a bottle cage be?
