Lovely bike, very reluctant to sell but a friend sold me his Synapse SL for a good mate rate so it I really need to raise some funds.

Only ridden half a dozen times

Cost me £800 and this years model is more like £900

Just posting a request for advice on which groupset I should consider out of either:

Shimano: Tiagra or 105
Sram: Apex or Rival

Can't filter out the best one but someone must know.

On a seperate note, which frame is more suited to racing: The Ribble sportive Racing or the Ribble Stealth.

And which gruppo will work best for my mid range Ribble Frame intended for racing and as a quick, maintenance low, easy to use, light, snappy machine.

Shimano Tiagra triple cranks and BB Tiagra triple cranks and BB by cnarborough, on Flickr

170mm, square taper axle, 53/42/30 rings. Aluminium outer, steel middle and inner. Used - done about 2000 miles but in pretty good condition. Includes UN54 68x113mm english BB. £20 posted for the set, will split.

For sale - a brand new pair of Tiagra 4500 Brakes (short reach).

Bought as part of a groupset for my Crosscheck but using frogslegs (sp?) for fattie-fatty (sp?) tyres.

Previously advertised at £30 posted, now willing to take £25. Payment by paypal, as a gift.
