Best summer tyre?

Hi all, as a beginner to road riding I am looking for some tyres which have good grip in the summer weather, what tyres would you recommend? Preferably 28c front 25c rear.

raining here, cold and miserable. is that our summer over then? or are we heading for a super-soaraway heatwave this year? what's yr predictions? i think may will be a washout but then we'll have a couple of really good months... bring it on, i really need to see some sun this year.
