I was looking at this beam style torque wrench

from 0 to 206 Nm
I was looking for a torque wrench in order to mount my new bike, I need up to 10 Nm.
Do I really need to purchase a micrometer beam style torque wrench or a non micrometer is good enough to tighten even the smallest torques ?
This draper one is 20 $, that's why I'd buy it, instead the park tool tw-1 (which is micrometer) costs me 73 $

there's a cycling photo exhibition outside the Royal Exchange London until the end of October.
Shot by some famous fashion dude, with a few famous faces amongst the plebs... Oh, some nice bikes too
